Why should Wenger be sacked or resign from Arsenal?

I am an English football enthusiast and I have believed for years that Arsenal were a good example of how to manage a team: they perfectly balanced expenses and trophies.

However in the last years things has changed and Arsenal spend a fortune and win very little. Why? There are many reasons.

First of all it is fair to say that probably Wenger has not been lucky with his investments: Özil is not the player who can solve every match and so is Sanchez.

But who is to blame for these uncertain investments? Obviously the French manager, who could have signed different players, for example Fábregas.

Furthermore I believe that two aspects of these last years of Wenger's management are clearly unsuccessful: the attitude and the defense.

How can a team which yearn for the title start all the matches against big teams with a wrong approach? In football and also in life attitude is everything and without it you can't be a winner.

And the defense's approach too is not the one we should expect from a big team like Arsenal. Wenger wants his defenders to be aggressive because this is his view of football, but I believe that it's not applicable if your defenders are Mertesacker and Koscielny.

Therefore I think Wenger's reign should be over; it's not easy to leave such a successful manager but a big team must know when it's time to turn the page.

What do Italy need to convince everybody?

On Friday Italy won the second match of the EURO 2016 qualifying and stayed at the top of the table of the group.

However the opponents were not a compelling team, since Italy faced Azerbaijan, 73rd in FIFA Ranking.

Italy showed a good form and the only goal they conceded was an avoidable mistake; yet, there are details that Italy must improve.

It's under the eyes of all the people who watched the match that Italy's strikers have to become cynic: considering the number of attempts the couple Immobile-Zaza looked poor.

Personally I don't think Immobile and Zaza are the best Italian strikers at the moment, with the first struggling in a difficult period for Borussia Dortmund and the second who showed a decrease in his performances.

Conte, who is a courageous manager, could have lined up Destro and the new entry Pellè, who got off from a dream start in Premier League.

Nonetheless Italy's performance was satisfactory and the Azzurri were as aggressive as Conte always urges them to be.

But the former Juventus manager must demonstrate the ability to modify his formation depending on the opponents and the circumstance; this is what he sometimes failed to do at Juventus.

Off-topic: F1 regulations

I need to post something that is not football matter because what happened this morning during the F1 race was unacceptable.

It is really hard to understand why something really bad has to occur for negligence of the judges.

Why is it not mandatory the appearance of the safety car in the event of an incident like the one that occurred to Sutil?

Safety should be the first goal in a dangerous sport like Formula 1 and today the judges had to avoid Bianchi's crash.

Now we are with Jules Bianchi.

Will Udinese be third at the end of this season?

Nobody can predict what is going to happen at the end of the season, but what occurs in the first match days can give some clues.

This could be the case of Udinese; they were not considered a team which could compete for a place in the next Champions League, but they actually deserve the third place on the rank.

They deserve it because the team has been strengthen since the end of the last season, especially in the forward positions.

Thereau from Chievo and Kone from Bologna are probably the best purchases of Udinese and along with the proven duo Di Natale-Muriel they compose an absolutely competitive group.

Di Natale is almost 37 but he still knows how to score; on the other hand Luis Muriel, who is 23, must demonstrate his talent, because he has not fully convinced.

Stramaccioni is a young coach and he has the opportunity to get even from his bad season at Inter, and maybe this is the right time.

After all Guidolin bequeathed a really got up to speed squad.
